You Were Never Meant to Do Life Alone

Black Woman and Man Joy 2026.png

I was carrying life’s struggles alone — the fear, the uncertainty, the weight of decisions and disappointments.  I didn’t always know what to do, who to trust, or where to turn. The first step in having Jesus in my life was accepting the truth of John 3:16:“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” Through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, my sins were forgiven, and I was no longer separated from God.  I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and I began a new relationship grounded in His love, grace, and faithfulness.

Now that I have Jesus in my life, I feel His comforting presence, and I am no longer alone in those moments. His presence brings reassurance when I feel afraid, direction when I feel lost, and peace when life feels out of control. It means having someone you can trust completely — someone who walks with you, listens to you, strengthens you, and never leaves you.

With Jesus, darkness doesn’t disappear overnight, but it no longer has the final word. His presence brings clarity, comfort, and hope — reminding me that help is available, love is constant, and I am never facing life by myself.
